Edsger W. Dijkstra, a Dutch scientist, has clearly stated the importance of quality improvement. We, at Formula Machinery, are in complete consent with Mr. Dijkstra’s thoughts on quality improvement.
One of our most imperative concerns at our organization is quality uplifting. We know that an organization will not survive without innovative change that brings up the quality at a consistent rate and we are not in this industry to only survive.
We look forward to be the best and to do so we have devised few set of rules that we always abide to. Few of these rules are:
- To complete a client’s requirement within a set time frame.
- To assist clients from provision to installation of the machinery.
- To offer assistance in case of malfunctioning of machinery.
- Routine service of the machineries already supplied to clients.
- Routine service of our own machineries utilized in production.
- Taking care of the smallest details of manufacturing.
With the aforementioned set of rules we hope to achieve the heights we so well deserve. Moreover, the determination and will of every member of Formula Machinery has given us the strength to aim for the best.
This has also helped us gain some of the most loyal and pleased clients who have been immensely satisfied by our services. It is challenging to maintain the consistency in the quality of the service that we provide and at the same time to improve ourselves and be better put on the extra pressure but our enthusiasm out does our exasperation and we turn out to be stronger than ever.
